Breakthrough results in the built environment come from understanding how all the pieces of practice and knowledge connect. That conviction has shaped every role I have held.
At Teknopark İstanbul, Europe's largest science park, I delivered a near 4× expansion in built area (all LEED Gold certified), cut construction costs by 24%, and developed a 14-year UN SDG-aligned master plan.
Now, as Regional Real Estate Project Manager at the World Bank Group, I apply that same methodology to capital projects across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa.
My academic work, including the Circular Development Score, a novel framework for evaluating built environment circularity, is validated against live implementations. The full publication record in this domain ranks among the most cited in circular economy and built environment research.
In January 2026, I published Modern Project Management with Data, Agile and Lean, translating that body of experience into a practical framework for the next generation of project leaders.
